- Hi all,
-
- Just a few days ago, I aquired a _very_ old A2000 second hand
- from a friend of a friend, with a shitload of software. Currently, it
- has in it 1mb Mem, 3 floppy (3.5) and 1 5.25 but no HD. Has a 286
- bridgeboard as well...
-
- Being new to the Amiga, the thing seemed awful slow to me - but I thought
- a2000s weret the top of the range Amigas. Now after taking a quick peek
- in the newgroups I see that that is _not_ the case.
-
- What I really want to know is: What, right now, is the minimum level system
- I should have got?
-
- Do I have a hope of upgrading it, or did I waste my money?
-
- Where can Amiga products be found these days, since no major software dealers
- that I have seen carry _any_ amiga stuff these days.
-
- I know this is a tall order, but after reading a lot of stuff in here
- I'm starting to feel I got ripped off and should be looking for better
- h'ware if I want to continue in the amiga scene (and I am seriously
- considering it, since I know its a great machine still).
-
- Any replys would be _real_ nice - email if you could...
-
